Neuroplasticity

Also known as brain plasticity, it's the enduring ability of the brain to continually undergo biological changes and remapping that includes learning new knowledge and skills.


Non-allowable weaknesses

In his Team Role theory, Meredith Belbin considered that strengths and weaknesses were two sides of the same coin. Belbin identified weaknesses for each team role, some of these behavioural 'flaws' he felt should be tolerated whilst others were non-allowable.
