TA

A short-hand for Transactional Analysis, a collection of theories that seek to explain how our personalities are structured and how we interact with others.

Transactional analysis

A collection of pschological theories started in the 1960's by Eric Berne to describe how our personalities are structured and how we interact with others. There is also a division of tranasctional analysis that is applied to businesses - organisational TA.

Triune brain

An evolutionary model of the human brain developed by Paul MacLean in which he describes 3 heirarchical parts to the brain - repitilian, limbic and neocortex.
